For the Dutch Narcolepsy Association, I designed and illustrated the anniversary booklet. The cover features bold, graphic eyes—open, drowsy, and closed—immediately conveying the theme of the book. These eye shapes are also used as design elements throughout the pages. The vibrant poppy color makes the booklet stand out in waiting rooms, libraries….and on the Spanish tiles in my office 😉
The best part of this project was the close collaboration with the writer and the members of the association. I’m very happy with the result—a booklet featuring beautiful, honest stories interwoven with useful information, all presented in a fresh yet friendly design.
