Baan met Impact (Job with impact – in Dutch) stands for efficient and effective matchmaking between sustainable companies and employees with the same beliefs.
I chose for a clean typo in which the words BAAN and IMPACT receive equal attention.
The -I- for impact is an inverted -T-, this not only ensures a good balance, but the -I- is also re-used from the -T-, as in a circular economy, Reduce, Reuse, Recycle.
The rising arrow creates a positive feeling, is the dot on the -I- and refers to recycling.
BAAN in a serious dark violet, IMPACT in a bright yellow/orange for a vibrant and energetic touch.
